What it is and why it is studied
SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule research compound that activates estrogen-related receptors. These receptors are studied for their role in the genetic programmes that support muscle energy use and exercise adaptation.
What studies have found
Cell and mouse studies reported changes in mitochondrial function, oxidative muscle fibres and endurance. A separate mouse study examined increased energy expenditure and fatty-acid oxidation, alongside reduced fat accumulation and changes in insulin sensitivity.
These results come from preclinical experiments. They do not establish an exercise replacement, weight-management benefit or acceptable safety profile in people.

SLU-PP-332 is not a peptide and has no amino-acid sequence.
Chemical information describes the named reference structure, not a batch analysis or confirmation of the material supplied. Counterions, water and excipients are excluded unless stated.
Understanding these details
A sequence describes the order of residues in a peptide. A molecular formula describes the atoms in the reference structure. Molar mass is expressed in grams per mole; it is not the amount in a vial. CAS numbers and PubChem identifiers help you find the corresponding chemical records.
Selected literature and reference information checked 11 September 2026. Study findings concern the preparations and models described; they do not certify this product. For laboratory research only.
