Your rights
Our terms preserve protections that the law gives you.
About these terms
Valoris Labs operates this website. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Valoris Labs. For enquiries, contact contact@valorislabs.com.
These terms apply to orders placed through this website. Orders and support are handled in English. Read the product information and the policies linked here before submitting an order.
Who the collection is for
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old, with the capacity to enter into a contract and the knowledge, facilities and permissions needed for the proposed laboratory work. Supply is for research; products must not be administered to people or animals.
Use accurate account and delivery information and only a payment method you are authorised to use. See our Research Use page for the permitted scope of supply.
Product information
Check the product name, vial strength, quantity and supporting information before ordering. The stated amount identifies the vial contents; it is not a dose. Photographs help identify products, but do not establish batch-specific test results.
Research summaries and linked papers describe selected studies. They do not certify a Valoris Labs vial or guarantee an experimental outcome. This does not reduce our responsibility to supply goods that match their description and applicable quality requirements.
Placing an order
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt; we accept the order when we expressly confirm that it is being processed for fulfilment or has been dispatched. We will provide the applicable terms in a form you can retain.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order because stock is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, delivery cannot be arranged, or there is a reasonable concern about unlawful use or fraud. If we decline an order after payment, we will refund that payment. A material pricing error will be explained, with a choice to accept the corrected price or cancel.
Check the compound, strength, quantity and delivery details in your basket. You can correct them before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed afterwards; changes may no longer be possible once packing or dispatch begins. This does not remove an applicable cancellation right. Availability is confirmed during order processing; placing an item in a basket does not reserve it indefinitely.
Prices, payment and promotions
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. The full amount, including delivery and any valid discount, is shown before payment. A product without a published price is not available to purchase.
Use the payment options actually offered at checkout. Payment providers may make their own verification checks. Never send banking passwords or full card details to our support team.
Any promotion is governed by the conditions displayed with it. Delivery thresholds use the goods total after discounts, including applicable VAT and excluding delivery. No later fee will be added without your agreement.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments. Follow the exact currency, network, amount and time instructions shown by the provider. A pending, partial or review status does not confirm that your order is paid. If you have sent funds but payment is not confirmed, contact us before paying again. Refunds require reconciliation of the amount and transaction; a payment-status message alone is not proof that a refund has reached you.
Dispatch and delivery
Our UK delivery charge is £5.95 per order, with free delivery for goods totals strictly above £50 after discounts. We aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Dispatch time is separate from transit time; Royal Mail is the planned carrier, and the service and tracking arrangements are still being finalised. Contact us before ordering if a particular service or arrival date is essential.
Check the Delivery page for details. Tell us before ordering if arrival by a particular date is essential. For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods remains with us until receipt by you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law. Courier insurance does not determine your legal rights.
Cancellations, faults and complaints
We offer no extra change-of-mind returns scheme. Applicable cancellation and faulty-goods rights still apply, as explained in our Returns & refunds policy. A replacement can be arranged for a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, without overriding a right to a refund.
Send complaints to contact@valorislabs.com with your order reference and the issue. We will investigate, explain the proposed resolution and keep you informed. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or using an available dispute-resolution route.
Accounts and website use
Keep your login details private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not misuse the website, interfere with checkout, introduce harmful code or try to access another person’s account.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service. Doing so does not remove rights relating to an existing order. Accessing a public page alone does not commit you to a purchase.
The Valoris Labs branding and original website material are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may browse the website and save or print information about your order. Do not copy, republish, sell or commercially reuse our original material without permission, except where the law permits. Linked research and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights. Do not impersonate Valoris Labs or use automated access in a way that disrupts the service or infringes rights.
Responsibility and changes
These terms do not take away your statutory consumer rights or your right to bring a claim in the appropriate courts. We remain responsible where the law requires us to be.
If an unexpected event affects an accepted order, we will explain the impact and the available options. It does not automatically remove an entitlement to cancel or receive a refund.
The terms supplied for an order apply to that order. Updates to this page apply prospectively. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
Customers are responsible for suitable laboratory facilities and for following the product-specific handling, storage and disposal information. We do not authorise personal use, administration to people or animals, or resale for a prohibited purpose.
We are not responsible for loss caused solely by a customer’s misuse, alteration or contamination after delivery where no fault, breach of duty or other legal responsibility lies with us. This does not affect remedies for faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods, or any responsibility the law requires us to accept. Where more than one factor contributed to a problem, responsibility is assessed under the applicable law.
