DELIVERY INFORMATION

Clear charges. Straightforward dispatch.

Delivery is available to UK addresses. The charges below apply to the goods total after discounts.

The threshold applies to the goods total after discounts, including any applicable VAT and excluding delivery. The charge is per order. An order of exactly £50 has £5.95 delivery; £50.01 qualifies for free delivery.

Dispatch in 24–48 hours

We aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves us; it is not the delivery time. We will contact you if an issue affects dispatch.

Royal Mail and tracking

Royal Mail is our planned carrier. The selected service, delivery estimate and tracking arrangements are still being finalised. Contact us before ordering if a particular service or arrival date is essential. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Need help with a delivery?

Email contact@valorislabs.com with your order number. Tell us promptly if the address needs correcting or a parcel arrives damaged, is overdue or contains an incorrect item. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Address changes and returned parcels

Check the delivery details before paying. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; once packing or dispatch has begun we may be unable to change the address. This does not remove applicable cancellation rights.

If a parcel is returned because the details supplied were incorrect or it was not collected, contact us to agree the next step. Any proposed additional delivery charge will be explained before you agree to it. We will not charge again for a delivery failure caused by us. Applicable cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
