Research profile
Long-acting growth-hormone-releasing hormone signalling
Small human endocrine studies
What it is and why it is studied
CJC-1295 with DAC is associated with research into sustained growth-hormone-releasing hormone activity. Researchers have investigated both the size of the hormone response and whether its normal pulsatile pattern is retained.
What studies have found
Small studies in healthy adults reported sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 after exposure to long-acting CJC-1295. A related study found that growth-hormone pulsatility persisted alongside increased overall secretion.
These studies measured endocrine activity, not improvements in muscle growth, training recovery or wellbeing. They do not establish long-term safety or equivalence of this vial to the study preparation.

Reference values describe the modified CJC-1295 structure in the linked record. They must not be assigned to a No DAC preparation.
Chemical information describes the named reference structure, not a batch analysis or confirmation of the material supplied. Counterions, water and excipients are excluded unless stated.
Understanding these details
A sequence describes the order of residues in a peptide. A molecular formula describes the atoms in the reference structure. Molar mass is expressed in grams per mole; it is not the amount in a vial. CAS numbers and PubChem identifiers help you find the corresponding chemical records.
Selected literature and reference information checked 11 September 2026. Study findings concern the preparations and models described; they do not certify this product. For laboratory research only.
