VALORIS LABS · HELP & INFORMATION

How Valoris Labs uses information when you browse the shop, maintain an account or contact us, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

Updated 12 September 2026

Only what is needed

Information supports the website, enquiries and order records.

No advertising trackers

This website does not use advertising trackers.

Your information

Email us to ask about access, correction or deletion.

Who to contact

Valoris Labs is responsible for deciding how information collected through valorislabs.com is used. Contact contact@valorislabs.com with privacy enquiries or requests about your information.

This notice covers browsing, accounts, enquiries, orders and payment-related records. We keep the version of the sale policies and purchaser declaration associated with an order so that the agreement can be evidenced.

Information we receive

  • Contact and account information you provide, such as your name, email address, login details and saved addresses.
  • Order details, payment references and status, delivery details and correspondence associated with an order.
  • Messages, complaints and supporting material you send to us.
  • Reviews or ratings you choose to submit, including the display name and review text that may appear publicly.
  • Technical records, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and login attempts, generated when the site operates or protects itself.

Information comes from you, the website systems and any provider involved in the service you request. Do not send medical histories, bank login credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

This website is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, email contact@valorislabs.com so we can investigate and consider deletion or restriction as appropriate. A browser age choice or checkout declaration is not documentary identity verification.

Why we use information

Purpose Basis
Handle orders, accounts and related support Performance of a contract, or steps you request before entering one.
Answer general enquiries and resolve complaints Our legitimate interest in providing support; contract where the enquiry concerns an order.
Keep required financial and regulatory records Compliance with legal obligations.
Protect logins, investigate abuse and defend claims Legitimate interests in protecting the website, customers and our legal position.
Publish a review you choose to submit Legitimate interests in providing relevant customer feedback, taking account of your expectations and rights.

We need the relevant contact, payment and delivery information to fulfil an order. Browsing the catalogue does not require you to provide those order details. We do not use your order or enquiry as permission to add you to a marketing list.

Service providers and sharing

Hosting and authorised website-maintenance providers may need access to relevant information. Email, security and backup services support the website and communications. Information may also be disclosed to advisers or authorities where necessary for a legal obligation, complaint or claim.

NOWPayments processes cryptocurrency payments. The provider receives relevant order references, descriptions, amounts and currency information and provides payment-status information and transaction references. Information you enter directly with the provider is also subject to its privacy information. Delivery providers receive the details needed to deliver a parcel when a service is used. Royal Mail integration is still being arranged; no automatic order connection to it is currently enabled.

We do not sell personal information. We do not treat order or payment records as anonymous.

Hosting and overseas processing

Our hosting provider states that its servers are located in Sweden. Website and database information is therefore hosted outside the UK. Sweden is within the EEA, which is covered by UK adequacy arrangements for relevant transfers.

The location of a server does not, by itself, describe every provider’s access or processing. If a service involves a restricted transfer not covered by adequacy, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism is required before use. Email us for information about the arrangements relevant to your records.

How long information is kept

Retention is assessed by purpose rather than treating every record alike:

  • Order and financial records are retained for the accounting, tax and legal periods that apply to the transaction, and while an associated dispute remains active.
  • Enquiry records are assessed against whether the question is resolved, follow-up is needed, or the exchange is relevant to an order or complaint.
  • Account information is needed while the account is maintained. A closure or deletion request is assessed separately from records that must remain for another lawful reason.
  • Security records are assessed against the duration of a lockout, the need to investigate an incident and the need to protect or defend the service.
  • Recovery copies may contain older records while needed for restoration or legal purposes; they are not intended as a separate marketing or customer-contact database.

Records are not necessarily erased immediately when an order closes or an account is no longer used. Contact us to request a review, deletion or restriction; we will explain any information we must retain and why.

Reviews, links and Telegram

Review text and the display name you submit may be visible to other visitors. Keep addresses, payment details and medical information out of public reviews.

External study links open websites operated by other organisations, whose privacy notices apply to your use of those sites. The website does not automatically join you to a Telegram group. If community support is introduced, participation will be optional and order-specific enquiries should remain on email.

Security and account protection

The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted administrative access and login-attempt protection. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee that an online service can never be compromised. Use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Routine security checks can temporarily restrict login attempts. We do not use automated decisions about your legal rights or similarly significant matters without the applicable safeguards.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct information, request deletion or restriction, object to legitimate-interest processing, or receive eligible information in a portable form. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email contact@valorislabs.com with your request. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions or exceptions, and will explain any limit on the request.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
